It’s all in HTML coding. You can start with the simple tutorials here if you really want to try your hand at it: http://w3schools.com/html/default.asp.
After you have the basics down, you can try downloading other templates for your blogging software and attempting to understand how they work. More than likely they will have sections defined for where the actual content goes.
Although a lot of site mock-ups are done in Photoshop, they eventually have to be converted to HTML. If you perform a web-search for “psd to html” you should find a number of people that will convert your Photoshop file into working HTML. Most will charge a fee, though.

How Do You Make Your Own Blog Template?
Well, I’m A BlogSpot User already active for a year and I think I’m going to update the old LCARS format I used this year into a new LCARS format. (LCARS is the cool computer in Star Trek). Mostly the Banners and Buttons are really just PNG Pics stuck there, and doing HTML to get them at the right position and place is hard. Is there a program or software out there that can help make blog templates? Or do I code-HTML from scratch?

I would love to know how to make my own custom blog template, but can’t seem to find any info on how exactly. When I Googled it, I just got free template websites or info on coding. Is it all in the coding on your blog? Or is there a way I can create something on say, Photoshop, and upload it?

I want a blog about fashions and beauty trends. Where’s the best place for one and is it okay to use brands and names in my blog without permission? For example if I used loreal or sephora in my blog…

I can build my own database and interface for my blog but how can I add facility of multiple posting in my blog I know it is possible with web services but I dnt know how and using php.

Is there a website where unpublished authors can make their own blog page?
I’m not sure if a site like this exists but I’ve seen plenty of unpublished authors write blogs about their progressing work for people to read. So, is there a website that allows unpublished authors to create their own blog page on it and write about trying ot get published?
