Her new album is going to be called “Rated r” and it is supposed to come out on or around the date of November 23rd, russian roulette is just the name of a song that will possibly be one of her singles and may be on the album as well. Hope this helped.

No, but she is coming out on tour this summer 2010. She will come out with another album and it will be a lot like the sound on Good Girl Gone Bad.
“Rated R, I love the sound of it, in terms of the bass,” Rihanna explained. “I really like the bottom, the grime of it. But if I were to combine that with more energetic, up-tempo pop records, then I think that will be a happy marriage. And that’s where we’ll probably go next.” Don’t expect her next album to be as dark as Rated R, though.
