Review Of Wealthy Affiliate University
Like most work from home websites, there are ups and downs. This website was one of the first online work from home websites that I have actually went to and didn’t get scammed. This review will be in a lot of detail and I won’t hold anything back from it. You deserve to know as much as possible about something, before signing up to anything.
First, I will tell you the “Ups” part of this website. They do really explain every step there is to know about starting any online business. Wealthy Affiliate takes you step by step through-out the entire process. They explain everything from how to make websites, how to sell products online to make money, how to do research for your campaign, and what the best method is to approach your sales coming in. They cover everything from article marketing, to pay-per-click ads, to article writing, to keyword tools and how to use them, and so much more.
They also explain how to use Clickbank and Commission Junction. So, you’re not just trying to sell their product. Though, if you choose to sell or promote their website, after you achive so many sign-ups, the owners (Kyle and Carson) will award you with a plane ticket to Las Vegas and pay for your stay at the MGM hotel. The seats for the plane is first class and the hotel is more of a suite.
I wouldn’t recommend starting off with promoting their website and trying to sell their products because there is a lot of competition, when it comes to the “Work From Home” campaigns. So, I would work on selling something with a lot less competition and generate more sales, that way.
Another good thing about Wealthy Affiliate is that they have a forums section of the website. So, if you have any questions, you can ask in there and get help from over 1,000 different members or people. Yes, they are actual people not ones that work for WA to make you stay or anything.
As for the “Downs” of Wealthy Affiliate, there’s not a lot but there are a few. Also, like I said in the first paragraph, you deserve to know everything about a website, before submitting a sign up.
First, the owners, Kyle and Carson, claim to offer 1-on-1 support, if you need any help. This is false because I asked for help from them a number of times and never received any help. Though, I did get my questions answered from the forums. I understand they’re very busy but if they are that busy, they shouldn’t promote any 1-on-1 support, in my opinion. When I messaged Carson about leaving the site, he replied and wanted to help but when I asked my question, he never replied. So, it felt like they only cared about the members staying but not helping them to make them stay.
Another bad thing is you’ll see people, such as Travis Sago, who tell you if you sign up under their affiliate link, then they’ll help you with any questions you have. Though, as I recall, I tried messaging him a lot of times asking him one simple question but never replied, at all. As months go by and you keep getting billed for staying at the website, the people who refer you to their site still gain a commission. So, Travis was gaining money from me signing up under his referal id but never wanted to give what he offered.
I guess, when it comes to getting sales, you don’t care about helping people and only care about them signing up. This is why I wanted to write everything out in detail, so you’ll know what to expect.
The website is great and everything is real, like they say, but if you have questions about something, it’s hard to get answers. Also, don’t expect this to be like an over-night success. Everything takes a lot of work, especially, an online business.
I’m giving the website, itself, 5 Stars because the training alone deserves it. If you’re like me, you’re there to learn and apply what you have learned. You’re not there for the people, which is why I excluded them, in the rating.
